  I was traveling through Lafayette Indiana and saw there was a KFC with the buffet available. Since I hadn't been to a KFC in a while, and had never been to one with a buffet, I decided to give it a try. I walked in it was exactly 7:58pm. All the lights to the buffet were on & there was even one other customer currently at the buffet getting food. I could see that It was fully stocked as well. I told the employee at the counter that I would like to try the buffet. He then looked up at the clock, looked back at me, and refused to serve me stating the buffet closes at 8:00pm. I would understand if I it was 8:15pm or even 8:05pm, but I was there before it "closed". Also it's not like I was there with a big family, I was alone.This is very poor customer service This KFC definitely doesn't know how to treat their customers.

  Went through drive through and theybshorted us several good items. Happens every time we go there.
