  Excellent and friendly service every time I've been there. Good coffee. Donuts could be better.
  
  Edit: I've tried some of the breakfast offerings, I've enjoyed what I've had so far. Donuts are still just alright.
  
  I do have on particular problem with my experience inside the store.
  
  The dining room has spaces for people to come in and work (small booths with USB ports and outlets for laptops and other devices). It's really nice, but I've found it hard to work due to the loud music played in the store. I'm guessing that it's corporate's fault since the station playing is "Dunkin Radio" or something like that.
  
  It's fairly obnoxious and the pop songs are distracting. Most coffee shops or cafés have music that's pleasant but easily ignored, even if it's loud in peak dining times. Usually when a restaurant plays loud music it means "eat and leave please" so I'm getting mixed messages here. I'm not going to factor this rant into my overall rating of the individual store since I think it's probably corporate's failure. Anyway, rant over.

  The donuts are okay and the drinks are pretty good, but they are the only donut shop in Lafayette that seems to want my business on Sunday. Prices are a little steep for a donut, but sometimes convenience costs money. Be sure to check your order before leaving. This location has a tendency to mix up orders. On my last visit, I paid for two donuts and they tried to give me two dozen.

  When this place just opened up I got coupons in the mail and lots of them were free stuff and they don't use terms I would use at other places but the people working helped me out on what I do like and what it is called there. Everyone working there in the beginning and today are always so nice and still go out of their way to help me out on things like do I need sugar or splenda and some of the drinks are naturally sweet and I saw someone complaining about prices, you go to anyone else and this place is much better priced and b/w 2-10pm I believe a medium is only a dollar so no one is that good at prices and they always make my drinks perfect. One of the managers loved a flavor as much as I do and tried to have it available way past when it wouldn't be available. I love this place, drinks, prices and everyone is very kynd~!!
